ADHD Diagnostics (Testing) for Children and Adults

Do you suspect ADHD in yourself or your child?

Difficulties with attention, organization, forgetfulness, impulsivity, or inner restlessness can significantly affect school, studies, work, and relationships.

At Poliklinika Golden Mind, we offer psychodiagnostic assessment for suspected ADHD for children aged 6+ and for adults.

The goal of diagnostics is to obtain a clear and comprehensive picture of functioning and to differentiate ADHD from other possible causes of similar symptoms.

What do we assess?

During the diagnostic process, we assess:

  • executive functions (organization, planning, goal-directed behavior, self-regulation, and impulse control)
  • cognitive functioning
  • emotional functioning
  • personality, depending on needs and clinical indication

What does the process look like?

The assessment is conducted by a psychologist and includes:

  • initial interview (anamnesis, description of difficulties, and strengths)
  • psychological testing (observation during the process and application of standardized and/or non-standardized instruments as needed)

Standardized instruments we may use (depending on age and indication) include: WISC-IV, WAIS-IV, MMPI-2, BYI-II, PAI, WMS, and others.

Duration

Testing is performed in a single visit and lasts about 2 hours.

What do you receive at the end?

After the assessment, you receive a written report and professional opinion.

Report turnaround time

The report is issued within 10 days after the completed assessment.

Interdisciplinary approach

At Poliklinika Golden Mind, we work interdisciplinarily (psychologist + psychiatrist). After the psychological assessment and report, if needed, a specialist psychiatric consultation can be included, and the psychiatrist can:

  • establish a diagnosis
  • prescribe therapy (medication), if indicated

Pricing

  • ADHD diagnostics for children (HR): 300 EUR
  • ADHD diagnostics for children (EN): 350 EUR
  • ADHD diagnostics for adults (HR): 400 EUR
  • ADHD diagnostics for adults (EN): 450 EUR

Card payments are available, as well as installment payments (up to 4 installments in total).
